Your training is designed for one purpose, to get you that place – regardless of who else is applying. If you have the qualifications required then everything else is down to selling yourself as being the person who fits in most. That’s where we come in; quite simply we bridge The Confidence Gap.

Each student is psychometrically profiled so that their training and coaching is formed to suit their specific needs.

Understanding what interviewers are looking for is a major problem so time is spent identifying their motives and putting themselves in the interviewer's chair.

They will experience 'Forum Theatre' whereby, with the use of professional actors, students will be asked to direct a live interview adding a whole new dimension to their learning experience.

‘Interview by Presentation’ is becoming increasingly popular. The Confidence Gap module will take students through a process of experiential learning which will both inspire and develop their confidence when faced with a panel or group interview.

Post course they will receive an edited copy of personal highlights from the training which is a permanent reminder of their own specific achievements.
