Course Overview...

There are many different training courses but there has never been anything quite like "The Edge"©.

It is was created to achieve one specific outcome for the people who are lucky enough to experience it and that is, ‘To get you to be the number one choice in any interview you attend’.

There are of course a few givens. The most obvious of these are that you are in possession of any qualifications that are a minimum requirement, you are legally eligible and you want the job! I’m afraid we can’t get you through to even the preliminaries if you don’t have these. So, that being said every aspect of the focus of this course is going to prepare you for the interview process. That that includes controlling interviewers to ensure that they give you the best chance possible to shine.

Much of the success of this amazing course comes from the methods we employ to get you to understand how much more capable you are than you think. This and the skill of our course leaders combines into a potent formula that will take you step by step through the exercises and simulations without you feeling threatened in anyway. One of the main criticisms' of a lot of training is that it is a ‘short, sharp, fix and has no lasting value.
